As with almost all resale sites dealing on the secondary ticket market, TicketNetwork’s selection and prices vary depending on actual market value and simply how much ticket brokers want to charge for the tickets. In general, we found the listing prices on TicketNetwork to be similar or even lower than on other sites, but after additional fees were accounted for, the total final price was often about the same or slightly higher.

The average service fee for tickets bought through TicketNetwork is 17%. Shipping options vary, but the lowest cost available shipping option is $15.

Features:  

TicketNetwork allows anyone who has tickets to list them and utilize their services. They also recommend software solutions for full time ticket sellers, offering their Point-of-Sale software application.

TicketNetwork has their theater tickets efficiently organized into genres, including ballet, dance, musical, Broadway, Cirque du Soleil, and family shows.

Ease of Use:  

Along with useful categorization, TicketNetwork allows users to search for specific theater events by a specific city or venue, or narrow it down by choosing a date or range of dates for which you’d like to get tickets.

The TicketNetwork listing pages usually provide a link to a detailed seating chart. Unfortunately, not only are they not interactive, the seating charts are not incorporated into the listing pages. The listing pages do have useful links with driving directions, nearby dining options, local hotels, and even a weather forecast to aid you if you’re planning a trip around the event.

Security:  

TicketNetwork.com does have a site security verification provided by ControlScan, and are partnered with several organizations, including the Actors Fund, Better Ticketing Association, and National Concierge Association. However, TicketNetwork has an unsatisfactory rating from the BBB due to unresolved consumer complaints.

Help/Support:  

TicketNetwork offers support over the phone or through email, but has no online support at all. We were unable to find any FAQs section or help center on their website.

TicketNetwork does have some decently priced theater tickets, but the value is offset by poor website usability, a lack of additional features, questionable security, and a complete lack of online support.
